Workshop Design & Facilitation

I design and facilitate workshops that bring the right people together, unlock new thinking about the problems and opportunities that matter most, and generate the momentum to act.

Over 15 years I've delivered 100+ engagements ranging from one-day intensives to multi-session programmes. Typical formats include design sprints, customer journey mapping workshops, ideation and concept development sessions, and team-based problem framing. Capability Building

One-off workshops don't create design thinkers. Lasting capability comes from sustained practice, the right environment, and people who know what good looks like.

I design and lead capability-building programmes that help organisations move beyond the workshop and embed human-centred thinking into how teams actually work. This includes custom training programmes, internal playbooks and frameworks, coaching for emerging practitioners, and scaled initiatives — including a programme I built at ASB that reached over 1,000 team members across the organisation.

Research & Discovery

Good decisions start with genuine understanding. I lead research programmes that uncover what customers and employees actually need — not just what they say they need — and translate those insights into evidence that informs real decisions.

This includes contextual research, user interviews, service observation, and research synthesis. I've used these methods to validate (and sometimes prevent) multi-million dollar technology investments, identify why products fail in market, and surface opportunities that desk research alone would never find.

Organisational Transformation

Complex change is hard to navigate from inside it. I support organisations going through significant transformation — new ways of working, cultural shifts, agile integration — bringing a human-centred perspective to initiatives that can otherwise become too process-heavy to stick.

This work draws on my full toolkit: Design Thinking, Lean Six Sigma, and agile methodologies, combined with 25 years of working inside and alongside organisations at different stages of change.
